RECIPE OF THE MONTH
DEVILED HAM YULE LOG
8oz pkg. cream cheese
1 pkt. onion dip mix
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans deviled ham
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Soften cream cheese with a little milk. Spread thinly on a platter, strip only 3X6 inches. Combine the onion dip with the deviled ham and form into a roll 6 inches long. Place on top of cheese strip on platter. Frost the roll with the remaining cheese. Sprinkle on chopped nuts. Chill before slicing. Makes 24-30 servings. HINT: Excellent with king size corn chips, potato chips or crackers as spread.
